The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Capitol building and the airport. It made exploring the city and getting to my flight a breeze. The staff at the hotel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Madison. The hotel had a clean and upscale feel without being excessive. The beds were especially comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
The room service food was mediocre at best. It lacked taste and there were some mistakes in my order.
